Sign Language 101 is the owner and operator of the Platform and collects information from you (“you”, “your”, or “user”) a user of the Platform.This Privacy Policy should be read in conjunction with the Terms of Service and is integrated into the Terms of Service as one agreement.All capitalized proper nouns not defined in this Privacy Policy will have the same definitions and meanings as defined by the Terms of Service. California users under the age of 18 have additional rights to request the removal of unwanted publicly available Personal Information. Our Platform is not intended for users under the age of 13 years of age, except as otherwise stated. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.
